As a Pentester / Cybersecurity Engineer at Escape, you’ll be at the front line of identifying real-world vulnerabilities and pushing the boundaries of application security. You’ll work on hands-on penetration testing projects while contributing to original research that advances our AI-driven security platform.
🔍 Hands-On Penetration Testing
Conduct in-depth security assessments of modern SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructures. You’ll identify and exploit vulnerabilities and then help fix them, driving tangible improvements in real systems.
🧪 Security Research
Explore and prototype new attack techniques, contribute to tooling, and help uncover novel vulnerabilities. You’ll have opportunities to publish technical blog posts and co-author research papers that contribute to the cybersecurity community.

Experience conducting academic or independent research in cybersecurity or a related technical domain.
Ability to write clearly about technical topics for both research publications and technical blogs.
Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies and tools.
