Drawing on his experience of more than 15 years, first in investment banking (Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas) then as financial director and member of the board of directors of technology companies (Coheris Group, Orsyp Software), Arnaud Créput joined Equativ in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer before being appointed CEO in 2018. His global vision of the digital advertising industry and his understanding of the challenges for all players in the sector have enabled him to set up strategic projects and drive the international growth of the independent adtech platform, in a context where the ecosystem faces many challenges (privacy, dominant position of GAFAs, etc.). Arnaud Créput graduated from ESSEC Business School class of 1999.

A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, Nicolas de Robert joined Equativ in 2006 to set up the R&D division. He currently holds the position of Chief Technical Officer. As the head of a team of 120 people, he is responsible for the innovation and development of our technological solutions in order to respond to the constant changes in our industry and the ever-increasing needs of our customers.

Mathieu graduated from Mines de Saint-Etienne and Georgia Tech, and has 3-years of experience in the AdTech industry.

He decided to embark on an exciting journey at Equativ in 2018, joining the Product Team. He's currently in charge of building strategic products working closely with the R&D team, but also setting the go-to-market strategies with the marketing team.

Edwige joined Equativ in 2012 as a Junior Business Developer for the French market. She progressively ramped up until being promoted to Sales Director for France, Belgium, and Switzerland in 2018. Her role consists of growing new business opportunities while building solid relationships with premium publishers.

Edwige graduated from NEOMA in the class of 2012.

Armen has 5 years of experience in developing cutting-edge solutions. He joined Equativ in November 2016 and is now a key member of the Real-Time Bidding core team. Everyday Armen tackles performance and large-scale technical issues to strengthen our main product architecture.

With 20 years of experience in executive and multidisciplinary management positions in various companies in the media (L'expansion, Axel Springer and Groupe Express Roularta) and advertising (MediaCom, Yahoo!, Ligatus!... .), Véronique Pican is Country Manager France for Equativ. A recognized figure in the French advertising ecosystem, Véronique heads the French office with the aim of strengthening support and collaboration with Equativ's publisher and partner clients.

After earning a diploma in a Business School, Salomé started her career in after sales service for a big French Luxury brand. She spent 4 years there developing expertise in a white glove service. She continued in AdTech, integrating La Place Media, the first alliance of media publishers for 3 years before she joined the Equativ adventure, still working for publishers.

Beyond the customer relationship and key account management, Salomé is also an apartment hunter and decoration agent for her friends.

Raphaël completed a master's degree in digital engineering at Hetic in 2019, after which he was able to confront first technical professions as a web developer and then business professions such as that of Data marketing consultant. He is passionate about neo-digital professions! He chose to help recruit for the plurality of these professions rather than specializing in one of them. Thus, he decided to begin his conversion to the job of recruiter, by learning the job at L’école du recruitment.

Kim-My being a data analyst today is a bit due to chance. She graduated from ESSEC Business School in 2014 with a major in media & entertainment. Her career began far away from her current position within the sales department of a major label in the music industry. One day while attending a dashboard presentation, her life suddenly changed : data - that’s what she wants to do ! This kicked her professional transition off. By learning to use Tableau and code in SQL, she became a data analyst. After a brief stint at another major label and an online training in Python with Dataquest, she joined Equativ in 2019 in search of new programmatic adventures.
