Missions

As part of eFounders’ core team, you will be working directly within the Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with our early stage projects and help their fast-growing teams find the talents they need. The first employees in our startups include: software developers, product managers, designers, CSMs, sales, ops, and more!

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Sourcing candidates in a variety of fields for our open positions (tech, ops, sales, marketing…)
  • Understanding our projects’ needs to help them find the perfect match
  • Crafting job descriptions
  • Defining suitable sourcing strategies for each position
  • Qualifying and screening candidates
  • Taking a proactive stance on sourcing and contacting candidates through online channels, social networks, CV banks, networking events and our ATS
  • Challenging our existing recruiting process by suggesting new ideas to the founders
  • Coordinating with the founders to identify staffing needs.
  • Providing detailed feedback to managers regarding applicants/sourced profiles and after the 1st phone screen.

Požadavky na pozici

🤩 Is that you?

  • You have a “get it done” mindset, you are rigorous, and you don’t give up easily (sourcing takes time and patience)
  • You are curious about the entrepreneurial/tech startup ecosystem
  • You have 2 years of experience working in a recruitment agency (sourcing tech profiles is a strong plus!)
  • You master sourcing (you are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and master head-hunting tactics)
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about eFounders and our projects and answer any questions a potential hire may have.
  • You have the ability to see the big picture and extract the key information in order to take decisions
  • You are fluent in English & French
