• Business trips around 10% of time, mainly short (1 to 2 days) international trips

The goods transportation products team is in charge of developing the autonomous heavy goods movers products, together with important international vehicle manufacturers. We also work in interface with many teams within EasyMile. We are currently working on 3 different vehicles (trucks and forklifts) which aim to increased safety and flexibility, while significantly reducing operating costs in logistics centers, factories and ports, mainly for outdoor operations.

As the team is growing we are opening a new position. You will be a pioneer in the sector of goods transportation, actively participating to the creation of cutting-edge products.

Your future responsibilities

You will be the technical interface between the business and the development teams for the development of one specific vehicle.

. Within EasyMile

• Analyse customer requirements to translate it into operational specifications definition
• With the Product Manager, define and prioritize the product roadmap
• Define technical requirements and operating concepts across teams (System, Safety, Development)
• Follow implementation with tests engineers, integration & validation teams, define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
• Coordinate & schedule tasks with other teams involved
• Create, track and prioritize change requests based on field feedbacks to ensure that the performance in operations is still in line with customers expectations
• Lead synchronisation meetings with other technical teams
• Participate to prioritisation and sprint preparation
• Take an active role in continuously improving our internal processes

• Lead regular technical meetings with the partner
• Ensure detailed project planning
• Perform progress tracking and prioritisation for top level decisions
• Take an active role in industrialization process definition
• Organise the tests and experimentations on real sites and the deployment on customer pilot sites

Required

• You are able to stay focus on the MVP in a changing environment
• You are a product manager with strong technical skills and passionate on world of product development
• Good communication skills, leadership to mobilize and empower cross teams: you are a builder and enabler who brings people together to find win-win solutions
• Technical evangelist: main point of contact for his product, you can translate technical points EasyMile between technical teams and the client
• Business oriented and customer centric
• Experience in robotics or related fields
• Analytical, meticulous and methodical to structure activities
• Very good oral and written English

Desirable

• Experience in goods transportation or autonomous mobility
• Experience with safety standards for automotive or industrial automation systems
