Maxim is the COO & Co-founder of Dott. Maxim was previously the GM for Wayfair Europe and built the initial Wayfair supply-chain operations in Europe. He worked before for 7 years for Decathlon in Asia, focusing on manufacturing and supply-chain operations. Maxim holds a MBA at INSEAD.

Nicolas began his career in raw materials before crossing the Atlantic to start an automotive plant in Detroit, Michigan. He is passionate about new forms of mobility, co-inventing equipment for electric cars which takes him to California where he collaborates with Tesla, Lucid, Rivian etc. Convinced that the future of urban mobility is micro and shared, he joined Dott to launch France in March 2019.

Melanie joined Dott in February 2021 as Senior Product Manager to build out the Growth team. The team scaled fast, and is now a cross-functional team with Product, Design, Data, CRM and Engineering working together to help more people try Dott and switch to a cleaner way to move around their cities. Prior to Dott she held various Product and Growth roles at Deezer and Telefonica.

After several varied experiences within companies ranging from a large television group to early stage startups, Guillaume joined Dott as a backend developer in April 2021. Within the new Growth Team, his role is to design and develop new features for Dott, along with the rest of the team.

Margot is a senior data analyst with 5 years of experience as a data scientist and analyst. At Dott, her role is to support the growth ecosystem with clear data insights as well as work closely with the data team to improve the data analysis infrastructure. Previously to Dott, she started her career as a data science consultant at Ekimetrics. She then joined the french startup, Pretto, as their first data scientist to help build the data team and infrastructure.


Dott is a European micromobility operator founded in 2018 by Henri Moissinac and Maxim Romain. Dott currently operates a fleet of over 40,000 electric scooters in major cities in Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland, Spain and the UK. Paris is the first city to benefit from the new Dott electric bicycle service.

Dott, strives to move forward collectively to make our cities less polluted and less congested. For this it seems important to him to change the way we travel. Its mission is to offer sustainable and accessible mobility to all - for a peaceful city. Join the movement!
