Alexandre is passionate about entrepreneurship. He loves to federate a team around a common project and prupose to have an impact on his environment. After selling his first start-up (Joyn - a digital loyalty card) to ING, he decided to launch Dog Chef with his co-founder Alexis to improve the daily life of dogs (to the greatest pleasure of his dog Rio, an English cocker !). Their mission is to offer delicious, fresh and healthy food to as many dogs as possible in the Benelux, France and soon Germany.
After studying graphic communication and advertising coupled with a Master's degree in Communication and Digital Marketing at IHECS, Marie-Line founds Dog Chef via a job offer for a Junior Digital Marketeer position. After submitting her application, Dog Chef adapts the position to welcome her with her talents as a Graphic Designer. Very quickly the adventure begins and Marie-Line blossoms in a multitask universe which coincides with her Swiss Army knife side. After a year spent getting to know every corner of Dog Chef and working with all the departments, she was given the challenge of being promoted to Content Manager. Marie-Line is a motivated and dynamic person who has a heart for finding the best solution to every problem. Her creativity at Dog Chef comes from her unconditional love for animals and her taste for work well done. What does she like best about Dog Chef? That her little dog, Unaïa, can come with her to the office!
Fabrizio has (almost!) always had a background related to the world of start-ups. He studied Business Engineering at LSM with an option in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. In 2015, after 2 years as a Business Analyst in a large American industrial group, he left his job to launch his first start-up. His desire to create was too intense. In 5 years, he launched different start-ups with more or less success and he quickly specialized in digital growth. In 2020, he met Alexandre and Alexis and they discussed the possibility of joining the Dog Chef team, which only had a few employees at that time. Convinced by the team and the project, he joined the Dog Chef adventure in February of the same year with the aim of creating the digital marketing department. Two years and 15000 subscribers later, the digital marketing department has grown considerably. The team is now composed of 6 people and plans to grow even more in the coming months.
Imen, studied midwifery before doing three great years as a veterinary assistant from which she graduated. She then worked for a year in a veterinary practice. During the Vétérinexpo, she met part of the Dogchef team on their stand and it is quite naturally that she submitted her application! One day, she receives a call from Alexandre Cadron, the co-founder and she is now a sales representative for the veterinary channels and partners ( breeders).
In November 2019, Gaëtan started his adventure at Dog Chef. He made his first steps in the production plant when the team consisted of only 2 people (today the team counts almost 20 people!). He immediately embraced the project. Always enthusiastic and full of energy fueled by the importance of his opinion at Dog Chef, he participated in the expansion of the production plant, toegether with Thierry, the Head of Production. Over the years, Gaëtan has gained more responsibility and is now responsible for the good management of the production plant.
Dog Chef is a fresh pet food company that cooks personalized healthy meals for dogs, ordered online & delivered at home. The Fresh Pet Food market is rapidly growing, Dog Chef is well-positioned to attack this untouched market thanks to its broad range of products, its own production facility, its own delivery fleet, and its extensive veterinary network. Every month, the pack prepares and ships more than 500k meals for thousands of happy dogs in France, Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg and plan to grow our customer base aggressively in the coming years (with the opening of Germany).
Our pack is made up of talented people from different backgrounds: production and logistics, digital marketing, branding, sales, customer service (the Dog Heroes!), vets, finance, HR,... What brings them together? A common passion for dogs and their well-being and a strong purpose: food must be natural and healthy for both animals and humans.
