The Workplace Experience (WPE) team aims to make our offices to places where all Doctoliberians feel good and can work efficiently and at their best. We are looking for a hands
-on intern (x/f/m) to fulfill daily operations of our growing workplace services at the office in Berlin. The scope of the role will cover Workplace activities and services . This opportunity involves interfacing with employees in other departments; and working with outside service personnel. To be successful you will be adept at multi
-tasking, organized, and flexible.

Your mission

• Together with your team you are responsible for overseeing the daily office operational matters
• You assist with handling security, cleaning, waste disposal, landscape maintenance and pest control vendors
• You assist in supervising term contractors
• You support on
  -site administrative services, such as copy service, mailroom, reception cover, furniture moves
• You are responsible for security services and preparing badges (entrance cards) for employees
• You ensure that all feedback and complaints on the property are resolved in a timely manner

Your profile

• You are enthusiastic about the topic of New Work and Workplace Experience and would like to gain a good insight into the field
• You are solution driven and have a high degree of initiative and commitment
• You have an independent and proactive way of working and enjoy working in a team
• First experiences in technical or administrative works is a nice to have
• You have a fluent level of German and English, both written and spoken
• You are available for 5
  -6 months
