We are looking for a motivated, well-rounded, smart marketer to help Didomi shine as a globally leading player in consent & preference-management. We operate on a Saas model and our clients (web & app publishers, digital marketing professionals, brands’ CRM departments, data protection officers, ecommerce agencies…) are choosing us because they need a trusted, innovative partner to help them manage their audience & customer data. Many of the initial conversations we have before closing deals are at events, and Covid should not change that (if possible).

We need YOU to help us shine in events, both digital and physical, and to stand out as a premium, innovative privacy software provider. Didomi is keen to bring someone on board who will level-up our events strategy, with everything that surrounds it (branding, emailing invitations, coordinating vendors, tracking budget etc.). This is where we need you!

We need you to grow our event attendance, to coordinate everything before, during and after the events in order to generate high-quality demand, follow-up with fantastic content, rigorously contribute to marketing & sales operations, to help our great Sales team identify leads and generate revenue (closing is done by our Sales teams).

This will involve a wide variety of tasks - because we are heavily investing in digital marketing - including…

  • Understand why events are so important to us and our clients
  • Own the event planning and execution from end-to-end
  • Propose marketing actions around physical & digital events
  • Communicate around events before, during & after in various innovative formats
  • Participate in animating our social channels to boost visibility & participation
  • Follow-up after the events with a multimedia, content-driven approach
  • Coordinate asset creation (landing pages,video…) and their distribution
  • Contribute to data-driven post-event analyses, based neatly-organized data
  • Set-up and run reporting on results, use your intelligence to challenge us regularly.

In essence: You will own our events execution in collaboration with all stakeholders that will have to be involved: the Marketing team, the Sales team, the agencies & vendors we regularly collaborate with, the event organizers… We are there to help you turn our physical & digital events into a demand-generation engine.

You will work for our Business Development Representatives and Sales teams, who are craving for leads to turn into business, and for our Leadership teams, who is keen to participate in - and organize - high-quality events.


Požadavky na pozici

For this internship, we don’t expect you to have years of experience, obviously. We are looking for someone who is creative, curious, motivated and analytical, who has business acumen and will raise the level of our digital & physical events.

You should know how marketing works and how it brings value to organizations, beyond being just an organized person (which is paramount!). The process and the brand are important, but results are even more.

It’s better, yet not mandatory, if you have already worked with the tools below:

  • Asana (or similar project management software)
  • Livestorm (or similar webinar / webcast software)
  • Hubspot (or similar marketing automation software)
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM software)
