About the role

DHL IT Services is accelerating the Group’s digitalization journey and evolving to become a competitive advantage for DPDHL. We have recently formed the DevSecOps Services & Digital Touchpoints department to enhance our digital solutions and develop compelling & resilient end-to-end services.

As a Support Engineer, you will be at the center of this journey! You will maintain infrastructure operations of our critical CI/CD and lifecycle platforms such as GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira/Confluence, qTest, IBM ELM+, HP Quality Centeretc., which is serving thousands of engineering and management colleagues within the company. You will work with a team of highly skilled and engaged professionals in multiple locations, ensuring the platforms operate under appropriate resiliency, stability and quality standards. You will also continuously bring ideas and improvements to further improve and automate our infrastructure.

Your work:

• Support & configure and deploy infrastructure of modern DevSecOps platforms
• Monitor platform’s performance
• Communicate with our colleagues within the desired SLAs
• Document the platform capabilities for others to use it easily
• Liaise with other internal teams as needed
• Bring new idea on automations and further stability & security improvements – and potentially implement them

What will you need:

• Can-do attitude, open mindset and taking ownership
• Experience with application or infrastructure support

What is nice to have:

• Experience with modern hybrid cloud deployments and architectures
• Experience with automating, security or stability configurations
• Knowledge of CI/CD or application lifecycle toolsets
