Our Infrastructure Operations team is looking for a new team member.

Our service offers centrally managed computer-centric application delivery to defined group(s) of clients within DHL business units and includes per-request based, managed deployment of software including pilot user, pilot evaluation, delivery of software packages, (phased) deployment, support and weekly status reporting of the application delivery.

As a software delivery coordinator you will cover:

•acting as a coordinator and main point of contact: planning, scheduling and supervision of related software delivery activities, from pre-pilot and pilot testing to delivery and closure;
•managing communication, delivery and process improvements to ensure the service growth without impact on quality;
•coordination of teams involved in software delivery;
•ensuring that the official processes and communication cascades are followed;
•providing support to various business and technology teams as necessary during preparation, development and delivery - ensuring operational teams maintain a clear understanding of the client’s needs;
•continuous process/service improvements, keeping regular updates on service page and official documentation;

Your experience:

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•Any type of customer relations or customer service/support experience, ideally in IT
•Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
•Problem solving and analytical skills
•High sense of urgency
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Excellent time management
•Proactive attitude
