• Provide 3rd level incident, problem and vendor escalation for SAN and Storages 
• Technical expertise on areas of specialty like Storage Performance, Offsite backup, Storage Virtualization, HA & DR 
• Participate on creation of Global Infrastructure standards 
• Apply agreed Global Standards for when deploying new applications or hosting services. Conduct reviews sessions with all Stakeholders and related teams 
• Monitor Storage arrays and predict possible problems in storage environment 
• Monitor and provide support for SAN (Storage Area Network) 
• Work with Global team of Architects in understanding market trends 
• Internally will work with Database, Middleware and Telecoms team to achieve the best results for Performance Testing or NIA, Capacity Planning and Enterprise Tools testing and deployment 
• Key focus is to provide Technical Expertise to RUN services, Cost Efficiency, Infrastructure and Data lifecycle management, Security and Global Standards

• Minimally 4-5 years' experience in an IT operations department supporting business critical systems 
• Good knowledge of enterprise storage technologies and principles 
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux OS administration, some knowledge of Windows administration
• University degree specialized to computer/technical area is preferable 
• English communication skills - Able to take full ownership of issues until resolution
