ABOUT THE ROLE:

In your role you will work in a small team supporting and running Controlling related month end closing activities in the Global SAP system for IT Services. In addition to the regular activities, you will be involved in a project that ensures that the company makes a successful migration from the existing system to SAP S/4 Hana.

YOUR WORK:

  • Support controlling related parts of month-end closing and year-end closing in SAP system (ERP and BW).
  • Execute quality assurance activities for overall month end closing result and correct reflection in SAP ERP and BW and in non-SAP reporting environment.
  • Create and maintain Cost Center and Profit Center Master Data as well as related hierarchies in all relevant financial systems (SAP ERP, MDG-F Tool)
  • Create and maintain controlling master data and tables
  • Support UATs for Finance and non-Finance system changes, system / process improvement and standardization initiatives.
  • Support and contribute to the implementation of a new S/4 Hana system.
  • Support with the analysis of data and processes and identify necessary modifications for upstream and downstream systems

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • University degree in economics or business informatics with a focus on finance/controlling, or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge and active experience of SAP ERP systems and modules, in particular SAP CO, SAP CO-PA.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite (especially MS Excel, knowledge of Power BI is an advantage).
  • Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
