As a Chief Technical Officer, your role will be to:

• Work with the Founder & CEO in defining the functionality and iterating on product features
• Lead product development - from prototyping to deployment and maintenance
• Write secure and highly readable code
• Be proactive to overcome challenges, solve bugs and hit shipping deadlines
• Ensuring consistent best practices, processes, and procedures for software development, quality assurance and maintenance

• 7 to 10 years experience
• Experience developing products at early stage startups (demonstrable with a portfolio)
• Combined experience leading backend infrastructure, customer facing interfaces, and interactive applications
• Experience working cross-functionally, with teams that do not always have deep technical expertise
• Entrepreneurial instinct: you have great risk appetite and the ambition to build big, are resourceful and have a hands-on mentality - you do what it takes to get stuff done!
