We're looking for an experienced, impact-driven, passionate and business oriented Senior Product Manager for our Customer & Monetization startup in the User Growth Team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product User Growth and working closely with our Marketing Teams, your role is to develop and execute a strategy from inception to completion.
You will work collaboratively with product people, user researchers, data analysts, engineers, UX designers and marketing specialists, to deliver the best experience from sign-up to launch. Your goal will be to drive strong decision-marketing and optimize users' journeys according to acquisition channels (organic, paid etc) through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and customer insights.
What you will do:
Understand your users: build a strong understanding of users behaviors, needs, pain points and what they need to be happy and engaged. Gather and evaluate gaps and opportunities from users (user research, communities, etc.), competitor analysis, business opportunities and market trends. Mixing these insights should allow you to forge your own convictions and create a long term vision for your product area.
Prioritize the right problems: understand the vision and strategy of the company, the current business objectives of your startup and of other product teams and adapt your team's roadmap accordingly. Then make sure the rest of the company knows and understand your roadmap.
Develop optimized and impactful experiences by engaging with a cross functional team: work in a very collaborative way with the design, ux, data, user researchers and engineering team. Create strong communication channels with other product teams, marketing, brand, product marketing, legal, customer success and other key stakeholders to bring your experience in users hands.
Ensure that everyone is aligned and follow the product roadmap, and make sure that features are being released on time and are of a high quality.
Collaborate with marketing on all aspects of product growth that will essentially impact user acquisition and engagement
Define success metrics and work with analysts to make data informed decisions.

What we are looking for:
5+ years of product management
Demonstrated product launches that drove clear business outcomes.
Strong data skills and proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English) with proven ability to convey complex messages clearly and with conviction to different stakeholders
Experience developing and launching products with agile development teams and test & learn approach.
Experience leading global product vision, go-to-market strategy and design discussions
Entrepreneurial and analytical skills; effective at breaking down complex problems and driving and managing change
Hands-on mentality
