The internship:
As part of the marketing team and working with the CRM Manager, your role will be to participate directly in the creation and planning of personalized email and push notification campaigns. These campaigns are addressed at each stage of the customer lifecycle in order to increase their repeat rate in our 25 markets!

The challenges will be as follows:
CRM (80%) -

  • Defining and implementing operational CRM campaigns (mass/relational/transactional)
  • Participating in the management of these campaigns on the different existing channels (email & mobile push): creation, routing, analysis and recommendations. (Airship)
  • Writing briefs for the creative team and validation of proofs with the various stakeholders.
  • Helping to supervise the international declinations with the dedicated teams (sales, account management, and translation agencies)
  • Participating in strategic thinking around customer engagement: relational scenarios, animation plans, key commercial periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Black Friday…)
  • Reporting on campaigns and A/B tests
  • Monitoring and research of CRM & Emailing best practices in order to maximize the rate of deliverability and opening.
  • Collaboration in transversal projects in order to improve customer knowledge.

Social Media (20%) -

  • Contributing in the animation of the company’s social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
  • Conception of editorial planning and brainstorming
  • Briefing and creative follow-up of content with our internal creative team

Požadavky na pozici

Your profile:

  • Currently studying for a 4 or 5 year degree in web marketing or communication
  • A first hand experience in digital marketing. (Emailing would be a strong asset)
  • If not bilingual, a minimum of fluency in English to work in an international environment
  • Good writing skills, comfortable writing content
  • Excellent spelling
  • Creative spirit and inquisitive nature
  • Rigorous, autonomous and proactive
  • Motivated to join a young, dynamic and multicultural start-up!
