We’re looking for a data analyst to help us make sense of our data.

As a B2B SaaS platform used by thousands of users every day, we collect a lot of data about what people do with our platform, how they do it and what it means for our market. This data is very valuable but not everyone in the company can leverage it. That’s why we need someone to do it.

We have an efficient data stack that’s just waiting for you to take advantage of it:

• to collect (Screeb, Intercom, Fullstory, Google Forms, Harvestr)
• to aggregate (segment, metabase)
• to transform (Make)
• and to analyze and visualize (Mixpanel)

While there are several people in the company with data skills, you would be the only one dedicated to the job. Your mission would be:

1. To maintain the tracking plan: identify tracking needs with Product Managers, define events and properties and how they should be triggered, follow on their implementation and make sure they work as expected
2. Build dashboards and reporting to help everyone in Dashdoc – but especially the product team – to follow on their goals
3. Find ways to create value to our customers and to the company using our data

We’re looking for someone motivated with following data skills:

• understand a data model in a database
• write SQL queries
• design and build dashboards by selecting relevant metrics and choosing the right visualization
• know that 80% of the job is understanding the business problem and selecting the right data

We do all of our work in English 🇬🇧, mostly writing but sometimes oral.

• A second interview to debrief the test and go deeper into the role and your experience
• A meeting with your future team
