Mission:
Within the Content Team, we’re seeking for a B2C Content Partnerships role based in our Paris office. Reporting to the Promotion & Distribution Team, the primary responsibilities for this position is to identify, contact and onboard new content creators and media on Dailymotion, reflecting our new positioning by bringing on the platform fun but enriching content, targeting a young audience and encouraging conversations between users.
Key responsibilities
Generate leads and onboard new creators / media throughout all verticals
Manage and grow a portfolio of partners, providing them support and resources to succeed on Dailymotion
Identify key strategic partnerships to enrich the user experience with the contribution of the Promotion Team
Represent the voice of the Content Team and creators in the development of new features with the Product Team
Promote Dailymotion’s vision and new features development among creators
Collaborate with the Partner Success Team to develop new processes to onboard your prospects
Analyze partners ROI and performance metrics to draw significant insights allowing you to grow your catalog of creators
Support occasionally the Promotion Team to highlight our rich catalog on the platform

Master’s degree in Business or related fields
Have a clear understanding of the creators’ industry and a deep knowledge of the creators’ ecosystem on other social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc)
Previous experience with business development or content management
Passionate about digital creation and the tech industry
Strong communication skills in written and verbal form
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks and with different stakeholders
Proactive attitude, comfortable in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
Must be a self-starter as well as a team player
Fluency in French (native) and English (professional) is required
Fluency in any European language (German, Spanish, Italian) would be a plus
