ABOUT THE TEAM
The goal of the Digital Media Product team is to design powerful advertising solutions for our clients in order to boost their direct traffic acquisition. We work with industry leaders across all strategic media (search, metasearch, social, display) to connect hotels’ inventory in real-time on these platforms, enable them to run advertising campaigns, and benefit from consolidated reporting.

Our R&D (100 people based in Paris, Barcelona, Bordeaux, and Nantes) has developed a culture in which agility and teamwork are at the service of innovation and excellence. We continue to maintain a “startup” spirit with autonomous SCRUM teams (3 to 8 people), focused on a product theme, and with great freedom of innovation and experimentation.

The Digital Media team you will join is composed of a Product Manager and a team of 5 experienced developers based in Paris. You will be reporting to the Product Director for Direct Distribution.

YOUR MISSIONS :
As Project Manager in the Digital Media team, your role is on the border of Business Analyst and Product Manager.
You will work with our Digital Media Partners (Google, TripAdvisor, Trivago, ..) to build new features with them while ensuring a continuous technical relationship.
In particular, as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyze partners’ documentation and business model (new features, upgrades)
  • Assess features feasibility, build functional and technical specifications
  • Communicate with partners to ensure a perfect understanding of mutual requirements
  • Write and update internal functional and technical specifications for each connectivity
  • Present the specifications to the development team and Product Manager, collaborate on related user stories
  • Follow up and support the Product Manager and development team to come up with the best solutions and make sure that we are building the feature right.
  • Test the implementation, handle the pilot phase and follow up on feedback. Ensure certifications success when needed.
  • Provide (and update) internal user guide for the customer service upon connectivity release
  • Analyze connectivities performances (business KPI, technical effectiveness)
  • Liaise with the Product Manager, be part of a Scrum team and its rituals (stand up, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective…)

Požadavky na pozici

  • You have a first successful experience in managing projects with connectivity topics (JSON, XML, use of API Client for REST, swagger, web tracers,…) with an interest in both technical and business aspects.
  • You have a strong analytical capacity, you’re not afraid to test things from different angles
  • You have a rigorous mindset, you put your thoughts into words while keeping the reader’s expectations and understanding in mind
  • Fluent English required (read / spoken / written)
  • Positive attitude: high level of energy and team player, you show a strong drive to always move forward, explore new territories and take initiatives.
  • You are collaborative and demonstrate an ability to adapt and to be flexible.
