The team

Our product team is composed of 26 people organized by hubs : product solutions, design, knowledge and expertise. Its goal is to delight hoteliers and hotel chains with sharp technologies facilitating their complex distribution operations and guest management.

As Product Manager for the PMS connectivites, you will be reporting to the Product Director for Connectivities and will be in charge of a team of Connectivity Project Manager and Business Analysts. You will be in charge of product management activities for our PMS and RMS connectivities with hundreds of providers, from global to local players.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Build the vision of your product scope, the strategy to deliver it. Make sure everyone understands and embraces it.
• Drive user research with Product Design to collect internal / external user’s needs, organize customer workshops and animate focus groups
• Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to ideate and deliver the best solution to our clients.
• Establish product requirements, plan and prioritize product features, manage your backlog.
• Define successful roll-out strategies, organize go-to-market plans in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Provide vision and direction to your team and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Develop and monitor relevant business and product usage KPIs.
• Be the number one advocate of your product in the organization.
• Collaborate with our Partnership team to build the roadmap, prioritize the projects
• Meet with the PMS/RMS providers to collect feedback and share product vision
• Collaborate with our Product Knowledge team to train our users, onboard support and contribute to our e-learning success

• +5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile team or startup
• Positive attitude: high level of energy and team player, you show a strong drive to always move forward, explore new territories and take initiatives.
• Data driven you know how to leverage large amounts of data to make informed decisions.
• Detail oriented and customer centric you are also well versed in customer journey’s optimization.
• You are collaborative, able to federate stakeholders across an organization in an international context
• Ability to manage expectations in a B2B / B2B2C environment
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: Fluent English is a requirement for the position.
