THE TEAM :
Our product team is composed of >35 people organised by hubs and working closely with the technical teams (>120 people). Its goal is to delight hoteliers and hotel chains with sharp technologies facilitating their complex distribution and guest management operations

D-Edge wants to work on a new PIM (Product Information Management) product in order to better centralise and manage static content for hotels and rooms and better distribute it to our tools and partners.

THE MISSIONS :

• Start from scratch: it is a brand new product! You will have to refine the vision, the methodology and define the first steps
• Build a strategy and well-thought-out product vision, make sure everyone understands and embraces it.
• You are the internal PIM expert and are able to onboard both tech and business people on the topic
• Define product roadmap according to the company’s strategy and the product vision. Roadmaps based on SMART criteria, tangible business values and clear cost estimations.
• Lead product discovery and user research activities with the product designer and product expertise team.
• Develop and monitor relevant business and product usage KPIs.
• Write the product documentation and help to build the product knowledge base.
• Organise product and major features’ go-to-market plans in collaboration with the whole team (marketing, onboarding, training, account managers, …)
• Ensure to provide the good knowledge and usage of your product to all internal and external users

• You have an entrepreneurship mindset, you’ll lead your own mini start-up inside the company
• You have already an experience on PIM / CMS / DAM / MDM
• +5 years of experience in Product Management
• You have an experience of integrating 3rd party vendors
• Proven track record of cross-team product management work, you know how to handle such projects and you are ready to adapt your processes to our context
• Agile, you have the ability to thrive in an environment of experimentation. In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, you are keen to spread this culture
• You are collaborative and demonstrate an ability to adapt and to be flexible
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Languages: Fluent English is a requirement for the position
