About The Team
The goal of the Internal Tools team is to design, develop/plug and maintain all the tools used by our internal teams (customer facing, finance and tech teams) to better onboard new clients, invoice them, give them support, but also to monitor our tech stack, manage translations, etc…

Our R&D (100 people based in Paris, Barcelona, Bordeaux and Nantes) has developed a culture in which agility and teamwork are at the service of innovation and excellence. We continue to maintain a “startup” spirit with autonomous SCRUM teams (3 to 8 people), focused on a product theme, and with great freedom of innovation and experimentation.

We are at the heart of the hospitality ecosystem, dealing with many third party tools in order to provide the best services to our clients.

The D-edge Internal Tools tech team is based in Barcelona but the product position is open in Paris or Nantes.

MISSIONS

  • Your role is on the border of Business Analyst and Product Manager. You will work closely with the Sales (Account Managers, Customer Service), Finance and Tech teams. Your goal is to help review some existing processes and tools in those areas in order to optimise and/or reorganise them.
  • Typical tools and processes you will work on: the client onboarding process, the ticketing tool, the accounting tool sync, the incident and status platforms…
  • You analyse the current stacks, write detailed internal documentations (functional as well as technical spec) and requirements regarding new features or processes revolving around your perimeter.
  • You manage and prioritise the product backlog for all developments to be scheduled with the dev team.
  • You are part of the feature team and its rituals (daily 15 min stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, etc..). Agility is your way of leading product management topics.
  • You collaborate with Product Knowledge team to enrich training content and external documentation

Požadavky na pozici

  • You have some technical knowledge and are business oriented
  • You have already a good Business Analyst / Project Manager experience and want to move to a Product Manager position
  • You have a strong analytical capacity, you’re not afraid to test things from different angles
  • You have a rigorous mindset, you put your thoughts into words while keeping the reader’s expectations and understanding in mind
  • Fluent English required (read / spoken / written)
