In a context of strong growth, reporting to the Infrastructure Department, you oversee the Infrastructure Support department made up of Engineers and Technicians (9 people) across the entire Cloud Information System, On-Premises and internal IT.

You organize, manage, structure and define the evolution strategy for technical infrastructure support in accordance with the Engineering Infrastructure team and internal processes.
You ensure the maintenance in operational conditions and the safety of all infrastructures

YOUR MISSIONS :

  • Guarantee the quality, performance and production time of applications under optimal conditions
  • Ensure and support the deployment of infrastructures across the entire Cloud & On-Premises perimeter
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning in a Continuous Integration / Deployment Cloud environment (several hundred VMs).
  • Contribute to the choice and deployment of technical solutions in compliance with defined standards
  • Organize the monitoring of alerts and possible incidents on the different environments
  • Manage, improve monitoring tools, manage incidents and on-call duty.
  • Be in regular contact with the BUILD teams in order to correct / improve the processes in place.
  • Support development teams
  • Contribute as an “integration” expert to the various projects led by the BUILD Infrastructure team
  • Ensure active monitoring of new products, equipment and protocols and participate in the continuous improvement process
  • Ensure the drafting and updating of technical documentation of solutions and processes and its dissemination
  • Ensure technology watch
  • Guarantee the assistance and support missions to the users of the service
  • Manage User Support: Helpdesk for all of the group’s employees in France and internationally, awareness of best practices, integration of new employees
  • Manage technical rooms and plan operating and support activities

Požadavky na pozici

Managerial and Organizational Skills:

  • Important technological culture Good sense of service, organization and responsibility.
  • Sense of communication, team spirit, intellectual curiosity, responsiveness, rigor, sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Dynamism, responsiveness, autonomy, rigor, pedagogy, availability and flexibility.
  • Mastery of project management techniques (costs, deadlines, quality, risks), project planning tools, ITIL standards and methodologies.
  • A very good level in English (read / spoken / written)

Technical skills :

  • Good knowledge of Amazon AWS and / or Microsoft Azure solutions and technologies.
  • Skills in Linux (RedHat / CentOS environment) and Microsoft (Windows Server / SQL Server) technologies.
  • Knowledge of databases (MySQL / MariaDB).
  • Knowledge of the DevOps environment Knowledge of Open Source deployment / monitoring tools is an asset (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, etc.).
