Your role

As part of the IT organization, you will lead and manage the Software Quality Assurance team and work closely with the Product team, Devops, Backend and Frontend Developers to ensure we always deliver the best experience to our users.

Your missions

• Ensure that anomalies are detected as early as possible, while allowing teams to iterate quickly and frequently.
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure quality is taken into account as early as possible.
• Share knowledge and experience on test-related subjects with QA Engineers and work closely with other member of the team, especially developers.
• Help the QA team to create, implement, extend and update automated tests (functional, performance…).
• Think out-of-the-box and come up with unanticipated test scenarios using exploratory testing techniques.
• Advocate for quality at all stages of the product development cycle.
• Provide constructive feedback on the overall user experience by putting yourself in the shoes of a real customer.
• Help on monitoring systems and applications, and when needed on incidents.
• Keep up-to-date with the QA industry’s best practices, tools and techniques.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the Quality Assurance processes.
• Manage two QA Engineers.

• Experience in Software Quality Assurance, including managing a QA/test team
• Experience with Microsoft related technologies (C#, .Net, Dynamics, Navision…) would be a plus
• Experience automating tests (Cypress, Selenium, Docker, K6, Postman…)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure Pipelines…)
• You love technical challenges and problem-solving
• You have a passion for quality and a good attention to details
• You’re a good team player
• Full professional French and English proficiency.
