To maintain our trajectory, continue growing the company, and reach our 2025 targets, Contentsquare needs to continue evolving and growing its product offer and its market footprint.  The Growth and Product Strategy Team will mainly focus on the Contentsquare growth and product strategy (as an entity) and will also be part of work Group topics requiring a strong collaboration between Contentsquare and Hotjar (such as defining and updating the GoToMarket strategy).

The Mission

  • The initial focus will be on helping us define the Group’s Go To Market strategy 
  • Drive the analysis and form data driven insights to inform our decisions 
  • Drive the decision-making process and stakeholder alignment at every steps  
  • Design a high level plan (targeted outcomes), definition of success, and metrics 
  • Strongly collaborate with the product, sales and marketing organizations
  • Handover to the right team in product or outside product to actually build the plan 
  • Lead the team of growth and product strategists that will be involved with the mission above 
  • Drive communication to the CSquad so they know where we are going, why we decide to invest or to not invest in each topic 
  • Evangelize the market on Contentsquare vision and strategy

  • Constantly evolving and growing our product offer to cover all dimensions of More.Human.Analytics and build a competitive and differentiated offer to our ideal customers profile in strong collaboration with the product team
  • Constantly evolving and growing our market knowledge to inform our decision
  • Required Skills

  • A background with proven track record in strategy, product, go to market, and leading teams
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple business verticals on new ideas and strategies
  • Deep understanding of product culture 
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving leveraging data through proactive research
  • Strong business sensitivity and leadership 
  • Exceptional inspirational skills and great public speaking that can connect with a global audience
