About the Opportunity:
Working within the Field Operations team & reporting to the Global Director of Field
Ops, the Sales Program Manager will be deeply involved in the acceleration &
growth of Contentsquare.
Your proactivity, influencing skills & abilities in driving strategic projects, managing
change & communications are essential in this high-level role, managing sales
strategy & programs.
So, what’s in it for you...
What you’ll do:
○ New program & project kick off, framing & building the project brief, setting guiding principles of how the program / project will be run
○ Collect business requirements, engaging & aligning stakeholders
○ Drive delivery of the program to close with the program team
○ Facilitate workshops & working sessions
○ Identification of critical change elements within programs
○ Put in place management / mitigation plans around them
○ Implement an agreed communication structure around program to ensure key stakeholders are regularly informed of progress, issues, risk & success
○ Evaluation of projects to identify opportunities such as in project approach, aims & scope to help get to a solution more effectively
○ Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, from executives to interns, so effective communications will be critical
○ Influencing up to exec level to ensure smooth delivery of projects
○ Key relationships would be across the organization, so must be in comfortable in synthesizing multiple points of view.
