Today, we are looking for a Finance Operations Manager whose main mission is to oversee all the financial operations above the Net revenue.

Your Missions (if you accept it) :

Daily finance operations:

• Ensure the financing of our clients’ invoices
• Make sure freelancers are paid on due date
• Manage and monitor all the finance operations cash flows (factoring/ Market place account/Euler Hermes guarantees / Eolis/ GoCardless)
• Handle the relationship with our payment partners (BNP factor, Finexkap, Lemonway)

Monthly cut-off

• Control the monthly billing and run the gross margin reconciliation
• Run all the bank reconciliations and validate the right payment allocations

Cash Management

• Run the cash collection process and optimize it

Reporting

• Monitor the finance operations KPI
• Report the Accounts Receivables aging balance to CEO/COO with warning/action plan

• +2 years of experiences as financial controller or similar position
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field
• Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail
