WHAT WOULD YOU BE IN CHARGE OF? 💼

As Colonies is launching its rebranding strategy, the Brand & Marketing team is looking for a Community Manager Intern to support the implementation of its new communication strategy on diverse networks and platforms.

Reporting to our Brand & Communications Manager, you are Colonies’ spokesperson on our networks. Creative at heart, you go further in the online field, pro-actively improving the way we connect with our audience and leads to support our growth ambitions.

WHAT WOULD YOUR MAIN MISSIONS BE? 🎯

• Be in charge of the editorial planning for our existing accounts (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter)
• Generate catchy and innovative content (posts, stories, videos) fitting with our tone of voice. On a daily basis, you work closely with our graphic designer
• Go on the field to collect engaging and creative content for photos, posts & videos in our residences
• Act as the main point of contact for our audience on all social media. You support and grow our community by replying to messages and comments in a timely and suitable manner
• Continuous social listening: you stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies to develop and ensure Colonies’ e-reputation
• Support the brand launch on new platforms (e.g. Youtube, Tik Tok, Pinterest), think outside the box and produce high-quality content
• Be in charge for producing content for our blog and the newsletter
• Implement a monitoring table to follow up on our performance for social networks

WHO ARE YOU? 👑

• You are a student in Social Media, Digital Communication or Marketing
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and any other social media best practices
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English and French - with a good sense of humor!
• You are reliable and pay attention even to the smallest detail
• You are a true creative person, thinking outside the box is your motto!
• You are proactive, very organized and know how to priorize tasks
• You are a real team player, but are also able to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• You are multi-skilled, willing to learn and enjoy working in a challenging environment!
