We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in Germany and cover the German market.
🔥 Your mission will consist in:
Reach as many prospects as possible. Here are some ideas to generate leads:
You can count on our tools and international clients
You will need to activate your networks
You will have to make sure CMC is part of the whole HR ecosystem (forums, conferences, events …)
Sign both Freemium (”get ChooseMyCompany Labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid subscription to SaaS software to get the label and analyze the results)
Convert Freemium customers to Premium by providing a complete demonstration of ChooseMyCompany tools
Therefore, you will have a huge impact on how the future will look, we will ask you to get involved in strategic choices. You’ll have to take responsibility and ownership of the sales process and build the core of the Spanish or German office.

Profile:
The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria (and if not, but you are motivated by the project, do not hesitate to contact us anyway):
You have initial sales experience (~2 years or more), have some previous sales successes and can present them.
You have strong entrepreneurial skills - you’ve already managed a project from start to finish and are proud of it. You liked it and you want to participate in building something new.
You have European nationality or the possibility of obtaining a work permit in the country.
German is your native language and you are fluent in English.
