The purpose of this role is to establish a cost-efficient acquisition model through activities of all our potentially reduced risk products (PRRPs). Such model should be focusing on an increase in sales, conversions, and loyalty.

Main areas of this role are: Planning, setup and execution of sales supporting activities, setting up KPIs, reporting and evaluation of the activities, leveraging opportunities to create new proposals to business and lead their subsequent implementation.

BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • drive complete agenda of PRRP tactical activations
  • support of other conventional activations from a planning perspective
  • set up and evaluation of KPIs
  • reporting and evaluation of tactical activations
  • maintain full view of all current and planned activations across the market
  • continuously explore new opportunities for consumer acquisition and loyalty increase
  • budget management
  • cooperate with local and regional teams
  • maintain close relationship with suppliers and agencies to deliver high quality outputs

Požadavky na pozici

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • preferably 1-2-year experience in Marketing and/or similar roles within FMCG organization
  • strong planning and project managing skills
  • advanced analytical capabilities utilizing available data
  • ability to manage multiple activities
  • proven track record of on time in full delivery
  • networking skills and relationship building skills
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • willingness to learn & proactivity & independency
  • ability to present complex data in clear and approachable manner
  • advocate of flawless business processes
  • sense of innovation
  • Czech fluent, English fluent
  • PC skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI
