About BlaBlaCar

BlaBlaCar is the world’s leading community-based travel network, connecting over 100 million members across 22 countries looking to carpool or travel by bus. BlaBlaCar Daily is a team of 20 people developing a new carpool service, daily and short distance based, in France. Our app is already used by 3+ millions people in France and our ambition is to be the French leader in short-distance carpooling and create a real daily usage among millions of people and bring solutions to limit the number of people going to work by car just by themselves.

Your Mission

The B2B team is composed of 3 people whose mission is to push French companies to develop BlaBlaCar Daily among their employees thanks to our company solutions. We already work with 100+ companies and entities of all sizes (incl. public entities: hospitals, universities, cities) and we plan to triple our base next year!

In collaboration with the BlaBlaCar Daily B2B team, the mission consists of supporting new B2B customers after the account has been signed.

You will be in charge of customer relations with a growing portfolio of corporate customers, which you will manage independently. You will be in direct contact with the decision-makers at our clients' sites, and will be responsible for all post-sales relations, with the aim of obtaining the best possible results from employees and thus ensuring the long-term viability of the solution for our clients. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Organize and animate the onboarding of new clients: present our process, tools and parameter them according to the needs of the clients
  • Be involved in communication actions at our clients, such as online presentations and on-site events
  • Ensure satisfaction and retention by building long term trust relationships
  • Monitor the results and advise our clients on any useful action for them, in line with their organization, and answer their questions and requests 
  • Contribute to the renewal of the contracts and upsell of new options to raise the turnover
  • Report to the Business Manager on monthly results and share your learnings and ideas with the rest of the team.
  • Your Qualifications

  • At least one experience in account management, customer success or similar role
  • You have excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills and enjoy building relationships and sharing and learning from others
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) and excellent knowledge of the Google or Microsoft Suite
  •  You are very organized, results-driven, and are able to prioritize in a changing environment
  • You are naturally positive, energetic & motivated
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken) and full professional proficiency in English
