👉 Environment :

The revenue operations team is growing and is looking for its first Sales Enablement Manager. 

We are looking for a seasonned expert at sales training, coaching and onboarding, to build this practice and kickstart our international development.

Working with the revenue operations team, the sales enablement manager will be the main point of contact for sales and customer success, helping them daily operate at maximum speed and efficiency by building the best onboarding and training program.

👉 Details of the role :

Onboarding

  • Define the onboarding program for BDRs, KAE and KAM to minimize ramp-up times and maximize performance
  • Choose and implement the onboarding system (process, tools and certifications)
  • Run with sales leaders the onboarding program for new Business Developers, Key Account Executives and Key account Managers.

Sales Routine

  • Define, implement and animate our routine training meetings:
  • Build training material and ensure key concepts and methodologies are mastered in the long run
  • Define reusable strategies and process to roll-out new features and product areas, ensuring our revenue teams are trained, equipped and ready to launch before product releases
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement areas, propose solutions and contribute to the roadmap of the Revenue Operations, Data and Growth teams
  • Contribute to our sales methodology and qualification framework, our sales efficiency reporting framework (velocity, touchpoints tracking, close rates)

Knowledge

  • Create and maintain a library of sales materials — coordinate with Marketing and Product marketing: battle cards, use cases, commercial proposals, quotes...
  • Work cross-functionnally with product marketing to bootstrap our competitive intelligence research: define the methodology, tools, and collect the data about our competitors to position Batch as the next omnichannel CRM leader.

 

👉 Preferred experience :

  • Past experience working in a sales department, as key account executive, sales team leader, sales enablement or sales operations
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS companies, a previous marketing or martech experience is a bonus
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills


👉 Recruitment process :

Batch follows the same procedure for all its interviews with 4 simple and clear steps for each candidate:

  • Initial call and introduction (15 to 30 minutes).
  • Face-to-face interview with HR and the relevant Team Leader (45 minutes).
  • Conduct and complete a case study, in person or remotely, presenting to 4 or 5 Batch employees.
  • Meeting with one of the Batch founders (30 to 45 minutes).

At the end of this 4-step process, Batch will make a job offer to the successful candidate.
