We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst to join our growing Analytics Team within the Product team .

As a Senior Web Analyst, you will collaborate with our Product Owners, Product Design & Research team to jointly create the specifications for behavioral data needs, and provide insights on product usage and customer problems.

You'll be responsible for :

  • Provide deep, extensive analysis and insight using quantitative analysis tools to analyse and understand on-site visitor behaviour, flow and conversion drivers to provide recommendations across teams.
  • Work cohesively with Product Design & Research Team and several Product Managers : contribute to the product roadmap and collaborate on product launch strategies during each stage of the process, from ideation through analysis.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams (business intelligence, engineering, analytics) to ensure data quality and integrity.

    • You're perfect for the role if :

  • You have at least +5 years of experience working in a growing Analytics team and can talk about how you have worked with stakeholders to deliver impact in dynamic environments.
  • You have the ability to understand on-site visitor behaviour & experiences and highlight profit opportunities to the business.
  • You have abilities to deliver the analysis framework that enables delivery of insights into financial impacts from user journey changes.
  • You have experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Firebase, Content Square.
  • You have experience with data visualisation tool such as Tableau Software.
  • You know how to use appropriate data: have experience of specifying and setting data collection systems, and ensuring quality of others’ analysis.
  • You can explore and analyse data using programming languages such as Python, R or SQL.
  • You are comfortable in communicating professionally in English as we are an international company.
