You will report to the account manager , your role will encompass three main components around delivery

1.  Implementation technical solutions and successful roll-out with the entity/client : 

You will be in charge of 1 or 2 technical projects , on which you will have the responsibility of rolling out technical solutions according to the needs and requirements of the entity client.

·     You will be in charge of accompanying the client in the definition of the need, the identification of the relevant solutions and the implementation strategy 

·     You will support the Account Manager in defining the implementation approach, the organization, the budget required to conduct the project, internally in EB Partners and in the entity client.

·     You will be conducting the project(s) on daily basis with EB Partners technical team and developers teams to build the solution defined with client

·     You will be coordinating with project team all the steps of the delivery to the client :

1)     Specifications 2) implementation 3) testing & quality control 4) roll-out and change management 

·        You will be the main contact for the client and in charge of the project reporting and monitoring to the stakeholders in the Entity client and EB Partners.

2.   Actuarial, Data and technical excellence missions :

You will contribute to the following technical excellence missions :  

1.     Pricing review for New Business and Renewal including different modelling methods: GLM, machine learning approach…

2.     Reserving with local 2nd Opinion review

3.     Data/analytics missions 

4.     Supporting Clients for local underwriting RFP, new product definition and support on product approval process

5.     Support offer reviews and product design 

3.   Product Owner on an underwriting solution

In your role, you will contribute in the innovation on EB Partners solution range in Expertise and Digital.

Jointly with a product owner :

- you will  contribute to the definition of  : concrete  use cases (in relation with customer needs and market relevance) 

- you willl contribute to the definition of the product evolutions roadmap

- you will support to the preparation of the required user stories and to to the coordination with the development teams

- you contribute to the product regular documentation and the animation on the product within EB Partners and with clients and prospects.

1.   Technical skills

·     At least 3 years of experience in insurance. An experience in consulting is a plus.

·     Academic background: actuarial/statistics/ Data with technical modelling background 

·     Strong project Management skills

·     A strong interest on Technical excellence and actuarial/ Data innovation 

·     A high interest on digital innovation in Technical/Actuarial and Processes

·     A strong appetite in working in an intrapreneurial and agile environment

2.   Soft skills

·     High Customer orientation

·     Good organization and communication

·     Excellent writing and communication skills 

·     Team player 

·     Good level in English, Spanish would be a plus (other languages would be a plus)
