• Engineers Graduate from a “Technische Universität” (Germany) to be able to challenge technical experts.
• Able to zoom out as a big picture thinker, and ability to zoom in to get a close look at select details when and where it is needed.
• Leadership and ability to generate momentum and buy-in (you will be leading multidisciplinary collaboration, interactions and workshops).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (you will regularly speak with high-level executives).
• Fluent in German and English
