• Graduate degree in Engineering. Beyond technical aspects, you also have a demonstrated interest in economics.
• Strong technical skills, as well an an ability to understand complex systems quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous professional experience gained through internships or full-time positions.
• Willingness to travel across North America and internationally.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

After a short qualification call, you’ll be invited to 4 different steps :

1. Screen call with our recruitment manager (15 minutes)

2. Interview with a manager (60 minutes)
Discussion with manager who will tell you more about our missions, our way of working and our culture.

3. Interview with a second manager (90 minutes)
Discussion with a second manager and case study (using Excel and PowerPoint).

4. Phone call with one of Avencore’s cofounders (30 minutes)
