Our remote policy (out of covid-19)
By joining ARMIS, you can:
- Occasionally work remotely: as much as you want over the year, and just to be notified on our PayFit tool and validated by the manager!
- Regularly work remotely: up to a maximum of 70% of the time! Team members who choose this option simply have to come to the office at least 3 days every 15 days.
Equipment: ARMIS provides you with the computer equipment you will need to perform your telecommuting missions (headset, computer, backpack).

Remote ARMIS rituals
To maintain the link between the teams and bring some lightness in this particular context, we have set up several remote activities. These weekly rituals allow our employees to meet online or by video to share moments of conviviality. By the way, a special ARMIS team has been created to organize these internal activities but also to welcome new ideas from our other collaborators in order to create a good atmosphere that reflects our values!
The daily life of working remotely
In order to protect each other, working remotely has become part of our daily routine, changing our habits and modifying our rituals. Telecommuting is for now the default rule. However, offices are open to a maximum of 18 people and all necessary health protocols are in place.
