Apricity provides a medical service: we sell fertility treatments to patients as any traditional clinic. But we deliver this service in a completely new manner thanks to a cutting-edge digital platform that includes:

  • a mobile application and web portal for our patients.
  • a web Patient Management Portal for the internal use of Apricity’s medical and operations team.
  • a hosted suite of medical software (EMR, digital consent platform, email encryption, tool for communicating with partner clinics) for internal use by the Apricity medical and operations teams, which interface with our platform.

The CTO and Tech Lead are both working on Apricity’s tech strategy and managing the team. Today, the team includes a team of 8 full stack developers a data team of 6 DATA scientists.

Apricity is growing fast and we’ll be 12 developers and 8 DATA scientists in 2023!

About the role:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to you will contribute to working on a scalable and effective data analysis strategy that meets the needs of our internal teams and of our patients to monitor and drive business, operational and medical decisions to build the “fertility clinic of the future.”

You will be fully integrated into the Data team. You will work closely with the other teams: software engineering, AI, Operations and Medical. You’ll be in charge of producing intelligible dashboards for each team in order to push data-driven strategic decisions.

Your responsabilities:

  • Define, build and optimise reporting dashboards and empower every business unit to monitor their performance and drive decision-making;
  • Support the Marketing team by defining target audiences and measuring campaigns performance;
  • Track user’s behaviour on our NAP (feature usage), App and translate this into actionable Product insights;
  • Help the Ops & Finance team understand the business & activity and take data-driven decisions.

  • Cloud infrastructure: AWS
  • Logs monitoring: Datadog and Cloudwatch
  • Database: PostgreSQL on Amazon RDS
  • Data visualisation: Google Data Studio & Salesforce (upcoming switch to another tool)
  • Other tools: Excel, Python, SQL

Požadavky na pozici

Who are you?:

  • Background: you have a Master’s degree in Business or in Engineering.
  • You have a first experience in Data Analytics
  • You have a first experience in a start-up environment or/and in healthcare.
  • Analytical skills: you’re passionate about numbers and highly detail-oriented
  • Business orientated: you’re able to provide efficient insights
  • You’re Fluent in French and English, Spanish is a plus!
  • Outstanding team spirit: you share your enthusiasm and learn best practices with your co-workers.
  • Eager to learn and grow data expertise in a challenging environment
  • Passionate about the healthcare industry: you want to contribute to a “tech for good” project that will improve people’s life.
  • You have a product mindset: you discover the problems behind expressed customer needs and build solutions using short iterations and feedback.
  • Communication skills: you are comfortable collaborating with medical professionals.
