Job description

We are looking for a strong analytical mindset and business-oriented Junior App Marketing Consultant to help grow and support big-name customers' apps and games in their ASO projects. By working in close relation with some of our major clients from all verticals (Games, Entertainment, Business, Food & Drink), you’ll be in charge of providing them with strategic solutions to boost their app visibility, improve impression to download conversion, and drive results.

As such you will be expected to:

  • Develop your App Store Optimization (ASO) expertise and keep your knowledge up to date regarding new app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play Store) and mobile growth trends.
  • Create ASO Audits, conduct keyword optimizations and build recommendations to increase the visibility and app installs of some of our high profile clients' apps.
  • Use your analytical skills to provide expert advice and data-driven recommendations to generate growth opportunities for our clients.
  • Establish trusted expert relationships with customers and assess their requirements to proactively resolve problems based on your knowledge of ASO.
  • Suggest new ASO strategies to help customers develop advanced ASO processes and be at the forefront of innovation.
  • Present your analysis and recommendations to the client and provide diligent support to answer any questions they could have regarding ASO and app marketing
  • Collaborate with our product team on product improvements based on customer and personal feedback.
  • Contribute to the creation of ASO-related content such as blog posts and videos to popularize the understanding of ASO for our clients and leads.
  • Preferred experience

    Who are we looking for:

    Must-have:

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Sales or any relevant field;
    • Fully fluent in English.
    • Analytical mindset: proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data, presenting them in an understandable way, and translating them into meaningful decisions.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills: you are able to build meaningful and trustworthy relationships with clients through transparent communication and the ability to defend results.
    • Team player and over-communicator: proven track record of proactively sharing and asking for feedback, and are looking to add to the culture and skills of a growing team.
    • Highly organized: you understand the importance and challenges of timely project deliveries and perform well under pressure.
    • Curious and creative: you are familiar with core mobile marketing terminology and want to expand your knowledge in mobile app growth.
    • Rigorous and methodical: you know how to take steps to solve problems when dealing with new situations.

    Nice-to-have:

    • Previous experience in ASO, mobile app User Acquisition or SEO is a plus but not required, you are here to learn!

    • A first video call with Madeleine, Head of Talent, to get to know each other and tell you more about AppTweak (40").
    • A video interview with Sarah (ASO Manager) to deep dive into your past experience and learn more about your aspirations (1 hour).
    • Take-home test to evaluate your skills related to the position.
    • Case debrief with Sarah and Simon (Head of ASO) followed by a feedback and Q&A session to answer the remaining questions you might have (1,5 hours).
    • Final team company fit.
