As for brands and creators, Ankorstore allows them to sell their products to stores all over Europe, benefitting from direct contact and returns with retailers, and payment upon delivery, solving any cash flow issues.

About the role

Commercial offers - referral schemes, discounts, promotions, vouchers…- represented the majority of our acquisition budget.
Within the Offer Strategy team and reporting to the Offer Strategy Manager, you will help steer our acquisition strategy, focusing on:

  • Analyzing results of past offers on all segments, countries or type of demand, and build forecasting/simulation tools
  • Recommending evolutions to our acquisition offers. Your recommendations and analyses will drive the use of a significant part of the marketing budget with high and immediate P&L impact
  • Coordinating with key stakeholders including growth, product, sales, marketing, finance and customer service teams to implement changes
  • Monitoring quantitative impact as well as analyzing qualitative customer feedbacks to think through the next iterations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in strategy, offer or pricing
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Capacity to work both on strategy and implementation.
  • Very well organized, capacity to convince, capacity to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Fluency in English, as we work in an international environment.

Other skills that would add value:

  • Experience in a marketplace
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
