Job summary
Amazon Europe is looking for a a smart and self-motivated individual to join our team as "PR Specialist, Devices & Alexa". You will work across a variety of Amazon devices and services including Echo, Alexa, Fire TV, Kindle, Fire Tablets and more. This position can be based in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, or Luxembourg.
You will work closely with international PR colleagues across a number of countries to manage reactive issues, assist with device launches, and guide customer service and social media teams conversations with customers. The right candidate will possess solid media relations skills and enjoy thinking creatively about how to communicate complex topics in a simple way that resonates with customers. If you find that you thrive in busy environments, are a self-starter, and enjoy diving into technology-related issues, this role might be a great fit.
