Founded in 2021, Allisone’s core mission is setting up the future of dentistry by using Computer Vision and Deep Learning, and is simplifying dental practice as well. Allisone is a digital assistant that will never get tired about X-ray analysis and will bring safer and faster diagnosis.

We are looking for our first Global Integration Partnership Manager! It’s only the beginning of a great adventure. We are 25 employees today, based in France, and we are going to start scaling this year in Europe. It’s the opportunity to join a young start-up and become one of the pioneers of Allisone.

As a Global Partnership Manager, you will be directly responsible for the expansion of our tech and strategic partner network in Europe and the US.

You will be reporting to Lionel, Co-Founder of Allisone and you will work closely with sales, marketing and customer success teams.

Your mission:

Working with the Founders to define and prioritise the key ecosystem relationships and building out our 2022 & 2023 Partnership Strategy

Executing on this strategy with a clear set of goals relating to co-marketing, co-selling and product integration

Prepare tailored presentation materials and conduct presentations/demos to accelerate partner acquisition and retention

Establish a deep understanding of customer needs in the construction vertical and leverage those insights to champion partner integrations with our technologies

Be the voice of the partner and customer to product and technology teams to improve our integrations and partnerships

Be a technical and industry expert that has strategic influence on partners and internal teams at Allisone to drive our platform strategy

Build strong and lasting relationships with strategically important partners in order to ensure their ongoing success integrating with Allisone

Collaborating with Sales to ensure quality and quantity of leads, meetings and opportunities

Working closely with the VP of Sales and CMO to ensure messaging and partnership consistency across our estate

Ensure great documentation and best practices are created to help partners launch and grow their business using Allisone and ensure a best in class experience for our customers

About you:

Overall, 3-5 years of experience in a Global Partnership management role.

You are someone who is outgoing and personable. Networking and relationship building are important to you

Self-starter - takes initiative and is excited by complicated challenges

Committed, ambitious, team player

You are excited by fast paced environments, but always think about what you are building long-term.

You are fluent in French and English

You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team.
