We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer end-of-studies Intern with 6-18 months of experience to join our data team for late 2022 / early 2023 in Montpellier. Our team is responsible for the core machine learning models at Aive, which includes video computer vision and sound model training, data gathering, paper reading, integration into core product and deployment.

• Work with cutting edge technology tools like PyTorch Lightning, Docker, Kubernetes
• Accelerate development across the company with faster, safer, and more frequent deploys
• Meaningfully improve developer happiness and productivity across the company with better development tools and workflows
• Contribute directly to the machine learning models that is the core business of the company
• Further your machine learning knowledge and skills with our paper reading journal club and hands on application of machine learning models

What we are looking for

• You have experience and comfort with Linux/POSIX-based operating systems and Git/Github.
• You know how to well document and package your Python code, you take care of your code
• You’ve used docker before and understand what it is and what problems it solves
• You have had experiences working with data, and want to work further with it
• You have some knowledge of machine learning models and are excited to explore more
• You learn quickly, regardless of the languages and technologies used
• Your manager will be based in Montpellier
