This position is open to overseas candidates willing to move to Paris

As our Senior InfoSec Engineer / Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating Aircall’s frameworks, programs, implementations and approach for policies, standards, risk assessments, monitoring, tests and certifications around technology.

Here a bit about your mission @ Aircall:

• Develop, execute and maintain information security policies, standards, guidelines and oversee the dissemination of security policies and practices throughout the company
• Provide leadership and guidance on security processes, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop organization-wide training to increase security awareness of relevant information security practices, protocols and procedures
• Develop strategies to respond to and recover from a security breach
• Develop or implement open-source/third-party tools to assist in detection, prevention, and analysis of security threats
• Drive continuous improvement in the organization’s level of maturity for IT security by assessing, testing, selecting, and implementing new security products and technologies
• Lead investigations of any actual or potential information security risks or breaches, and develop mitigating plans and coordinate the incident response
• Stay up to date on current and future security technology and trends and acts as a key advisor to align business and security

A little about you:

• 3+ years of IT security engineering/management experience
• A Degree in computer science, information security, cyber security or other related degree
• Experience with AWS or similar platform and have cloud platform as a service (PaaS) security experience
• Knowledge of designing a comprehensive security program for SaaS applications and corporate environments (security assessments, PEN Tests, Risk Management, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management)
• Legal background around data privacy / GDPR
• Experience with disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies, endpoint security solutions, including file integrity monitoring and data loss prevention
• Willingness to work collaboratively across the team and company

• ISO certifications knowledge
