🎯 What you will do :

Our success story is based on a unique customer-centric culture, an innovative product and excellence of our teams. As a Sales Ops at AGICAP, your role will be to replicate this success story and manage lead generation, work closely with the Sales team and increase profitability for our company in Italy.

• Fully understand our targets and our value proposition for the Italian market
• Research and build prospect databases (LinkedIn or external databases)
• Generate and build prospecting lists in collaboration with the Growth team
• Structure operations and manage lead distribution within the Sales team
• Constantly iterate with the Sales team to be more and more precise and guarantee the quality of the lists
• Follow up on the existing pipe via the Hubspot CRM
• Be responsible for the prospecting bases until the prospect is sent to demo
• Participate in the construction of the growth strategy and share your know-how with the teams


Požadavky na pozici

⭐ What we are looking for :

  • Fluent/Native Italian speaker with a full professional proficiency in English
  • Sales or lead gen experience in SaaS environment targeting SMBs is a bonus
  • Advanced analitical skills and mindset
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals, you are a “Hunter” and a “Doer”
  • Strong rigor and organization, ability to drive the sales team and improve performance
  • Enthusiasm and team spirit
  • Bilingual in French is a plus
