Missions :
Our success story is based on a unique customer-centric culture, an innovative product and excellence of our teams. As a Country Manager at AGICAP, your role will be to replicate this success story in the UK & Ireland and create an entire Business Unit making millions of ARR within the first years.
• Hire, manage and scale the recruitments of the next UK & Ireland team members locally (sales, strat, marketing in first place)
• Grow the business locally, i.e. develop a new customer portfolio (from 0 To 1 000 clients) and build new partnerships (tools we integrate, institutionnals, etc.)
• Drive rapid growth of lead generation through outbound prospecting (SDRs and AEs roles to hire)
• Manage strategic projects (HR, Legal, Ops, Business Development..) to ensure a rapid scale of both process and organisation
• Be creative and participate in nurturing our global roadmap positioning and articulating the AGICAP value proposition to SMBs in the UK & Ireland
• Get to be an expert on AGICAP
• Be the eyes and ears of AGICAP on the UK & Ireland market - giving valuable feedback to Product team, Sales and Marketing team
• Report your performance to Clément Mauguet as Cofounder and Chief of Global Expansion
You will become familiar with our business and get to know everything about the way we sell and support our customers. Your onboarding (1 to 3 months) will be very complete. It will also be an opportunity for you to be part of the Agicap tribe.
