Short recap of your role

As part of the Sales team, you are in charge of identifying, creating and qualifying sales opportunities with prospective customers. This cross-discipline role is ideally suited for a transversal and international profile, who cares, is willing to take ownership and enjoys working with people.

Your tasks

  • Use various prospecting techniques to generate outbound leads (cold e-mailing, cold calling, social selling, trade fairs, etc.)
  • Handle lead qualification calls.
  • Populate the sales pipeline with qualified leads that will be handled by our Account Executive teams
  • Care about people, understand client’s needs and help us adapt Yousign’s product to the local markets.

Preferred experience

  • Ideally you will already have a first commercial experience.
  • You are fluent/native in German and English. Conversational French is a big plus (you should feel at home with your Yousign family). Any other European language is a plus
  • You are a chameleon and show acute situational intelligence. You know how to adapt to all situations: adjust your speech, bounce, interact and convince without dismantling yourself in the face of objections
  • You are rigorous, organized and persistent: three essential traits to succeed in the long term in the Sales profession
  • You are able to take a step back, exercise judgment and effectively prioritise your actions.
  • You are sociable. Personal fit with our team is key

Recruitment process

  1. If your profile catches our eye, you will conduct a first phone interview with our Sales Director.
  2. Next, you will have video call or onsite interviews with Dominik, members from the Sales team who is in charge of the German market, where you will have the opportunity to show us your talent and your passion for the role.
  3. Case study via video call or onsite. Show us your sales skills.
  4. Final round: You will meet the Sales Director alongside a random member of the Yousign tribe.
