CodinGame helps companies find good developers by allowing them to assess candidates’ technical skills. To this end, we offer our optimized technical assessment platform which contains numerous practical programming exercises and theoretical questions. The quality of these questions and exercises is crucial to maintaining an excellent and fair experience for candidates.

As a Technical Content Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategies related to evaluation content. You must be equally comfortable discussing technical issues with the development team and customer needs with the sales team.

Your main missions will be to:

• Lead, develop, and be responsible for the technical content of the assessment product
• Establish the roadmap for adding questions, exercises and new technologies
• Implement the processes, tools and organization necessary to create quality technical content
• Recruit and manage freelance experts capable of creating technical content
• Monitor and optimize content quality through data analysis, customer input and proactive research
• Collaborate with the R&D, Marketing, Product, and Sales departments

To be comfortable in this position, you’ll need the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience
• Technical background in IT development
• Strong project management abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
• Experience in building and leading a team
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; French is a plus
