The position

Job description

Your goal : Make sure that whoever joins AssessFirst, wherever that person is based, he or she will adapt to remote !

👉 You will have to:

  • Champion, evangelize and establish remote recommendations across the company to ensure that all team members acclimate well to remote, work in decent conditions and verify that it is the case in reality.

-Make sure our company values and culture are demonstrated throughout actionable behaviors in the whole organization.

-Document, write and/or film all our processes in our internal wikipedia : Notion, to allow each collaborator to have access to the information they need.
E.g.: meeting rules and templates, tool explanations, etc.

  • Collaborate with all functions seeking guidance on mastering remote workflows and building culture.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve onboarding.

Your future team…

You will join the Talent Management Team and work under the responsibility of Simon, and work in close collaboration with Aurélie, our Talent Acquisition Manager.

Preferred experience

We would need…

🇺🇸 Bilingual or native English speaker.

📄 A first remote experience as a project manager.

  • Autonomy ! There is a lot of space in Assessfirst, but make sure to take it.
