Aircall’s mission is to revolutionize the business phone industry!

Aircall is an advanced cloud-based phone system. Our platform easily integrates with CRM, support, and SaaS tools, giving users all the context they need to deliver superior service. As a Team member at Aircall, you’ll be interacting day by day with passionate people.

We are seeking a gifted and talented Senior Business Developer APAC who will be among our first local sales presence in the Asia Pacific region. Your role will be to contribute to our company’s growth objectives by closing our APAC prospects, along with a Junior Business Developer.

You will be based in Sydney, Australia from July 2020 after a 2 months training with our Sales Team in our Paris Office.

Because of the specificity of the VIE Contract (French International Internship = Volontariat International en Entreprise) we will only be able to consider European citizen applicants.

Your mission @ Aircall :

  • Demo, negotiate and close APAC prospects
  • Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to small and medium businesses
  • Educate prospects through advanced sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm
  • Crush your quota and deliver revenue
  • Work side by side with Sales Development Representatives to identify business opportunities in your pipeline
  • Forecast your future revenue achievement and document daily key activity in Salesforce
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times with our local partners in all written and oral communications

Profil recherché

A little about you :

  • English bilingual or native speaker
  • 3 years experience in sales, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Successful track record of net new business sales, inbound or outbound prospecting.
  • Experience with CRM softwares and sales enablement tools
  • Creative and consultative selling approach with advanced closing skills.
  • Competitive and driven to achieve goals.
  • Strong rigor and organization, ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information.
  • Hands-on profile and entrepreneurial spirit; you’ll be among the first local APAC presence for Aircall
  • Up to an ambitious challenge, the opportunity for Aircall in APAC is huge!
  • Enthusiasm, fun and smile. This might be the single most important point, even if it’s the last :-)
