As the DACH Event Manager, your role will be to support this goal through a structured and engaging calendar of events.
You will be part of the event team and will report directly to the Global Event Manager.
This is a permanent position (full-time contract).
Organization of external events:
Events in Germany and Austria (trade fairs, afterworks, workshops, round tables, training sessions, etc.);
Planning and managing webinars for both countries.
Organization of internal events:
Coordinating team events;
Managing the monthly co-working schedule;
Supporting alignment with our global events.
More broadly:
Providing support to the Sales teams;
Monitoring and managing the budget;
Handling merchandising and requests for visibility materials from field teams (goodies, roll-ups, flyers, brochures, etc.).

Ideally, you hold a Degree in Business or Communications with a specialization in Event Management;
You have at least some prior experience in event planning;
Strong organizational and coordination skills to handle a high volume of events;
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work;
Enthusiasm and adaptability in a fast-growing, multi-entity environment where things evolve quickly;
Ability to work independently;
Fluency in written and spoken German and English;
Fluency in French is a plus;
Willingness to travel frequently, as business trips will be common;
Physical presence is required at events for management and coordination purposes.
You may be based in France, with travel to Germany and Austria depending on our events.
You may be based in Germany with travel to Germany and Austria for events. In this case, quarterly visits to Stoïk’s Paris office will be organized to ensure team alignment and effective communication on ongoing projects.
